• Valid Driving license for all the applicants
• Valid Passport for all the applicants.
• Latest 2 payslips for both applicants.
• Latest PAYG Summary (Group Certificate).
• Credit card – Latest last one month statement for both applicants (for all credit card even if you are not using one)
• Last 3 month savings/offset account statement for both applicants.
• Last 3 months salary credit statement for both applicants.

For Purchase

• Contract of Sale for Purchase of New Property/Land, once signed.
• Deposit paid receipt.
• Stamp duty paid receipt.

For Self-Employed

• Last 3 month business transaction account statement of your company.
• Latest last 2 years Tax return for company and individual both.
• Latest 2 years Financial statements for company.

If you have existing property

• All Existing Home Loan Statement for last 6 months (last statement + Transaction history till date).
• Loan account details page which includes ownership and loan expiry term.
• Latest 6 weeks rental income statement.
• Council Rate Notice for existing property.
• Certificate of Currency - Insurance.
